NONPERFORMANCE/TURNS REPORT & CYCLE COUNT

The purpose of this report is to identify the non-moving items in each branch, to show the turns at each branch,  to offer a comparison between branches and to allow a simple way to convert the non-moving items into a physical count cycle.

 

For each branch the report shows the total inventory value on hand, that portion of the inventory that hasn’t sold in 12 months,  the turns and the percentage of “no-sales” inventory as a percent of total inventory.  This report can either be printed or transferred to your PC as an excel spreadsheet.

CONVERTING NONPERFORMANCE REPORT TO PHYSICAL COUNT CYCLE:

Options offered:

  1. Convert “ no sales inventory” items into a physical cycle
  2. Add “no sales inventory” items to NPC physical cycle.

In either case the user is offered options of:

A=All, XX=number of items.

If a number of items is specified then the products with the highest inventory value will be converted to a physical cycle (or the NPC cycle).
