QUOTATION CONVERSION ENHANCEMENT

VSS, Inc. has created a new program that makes converting quotes to sales orders faster and easier.

When you select a quotation that you would like to convert, it offers the following screen:

The user can convert multiple segments at once by selecting a series of line numbers or a range of line numbers. Once segments are selected, they can be deselected if necessary. This screen allows moving forward and backward while saving the segments you have selected. Once all of the needed segments are selected, then the user will select “E” (end) and the parts for all segments you selected will display.
