Any employee (provided he has the permission level) can access this screen..in the initial screen you enter the date and branch (or all) and it shows a list of each salesman along with a line of asterisks showing the times they have scheduled:

then, to add appointments you enter “A”

Once you enter a line# then you can change the information shown on the screen and then you get this subscreen:
