WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT

VSS is in the final stages of developing website software connecting the Mark Information software to your website. This software can be used either with your own in-house computer or with a third party hosted website. It makes real-time data available to your customers including product availability, customer-specific pricing, status of open orders, email confirmation of orders and order shipping, easy navigation by your clients to enable them to quickly and easily find the products they are looking for with a minimum of typing. Orders and quotations are then automatically updated into the Mark System.

WEBSITE MAINTENANCE, DESIGN & PROGRAMMING

VSS has formed a relationship with Active-Internet Solutions (A-IT). A-IT has several large clients for whom they’ve developed websites. They will be working with VSS on website design, Coldfusion, ASP, PERL, SQL programming, web consulting, troubleshooting, Business to Business Catalogs, Business to Consumer Catalogs, Information Sites and Control Panels.

NEW ENHANCEMENTS:

The following enhancements are available:

- Ability to suspend quotations

- Ability to suspend purchase orders

- Ability to display time-stamp information for

orders, stock-transfers and purchase orders

that have been deleted from the system

- Ability (within the Report Writer) to transfer

the report to your PC as an Excel spreadsheet

- Enhancement to faxing programs that sends

an e-mail to the fax-sender in any case where

the fax has still not been sent successfully 30

minutes after it was scheduled to fax.
